Mystery Baking Challenge – Episode 1

Is it possible to bake something tasty with about any random selection of ingredients? I put it to the test in the first episode of the Mystery Baking Challenge. You have suggested lots of interesting ingredients such as pickles, nettles, and chili peppers. The comment picker randomly selected 3 ingredients with which I created a new recipe. Find out about the 3 mystery ingredients and if the result was a winner…

I had lots of fun making this video and experimenting in the kitchen with these randomly selected ingredients. Please let me know in the comments down below what you think of the first Mystery Baking Challenge and the recipe result. Got excited about the Coconut, Ginger & Jackfruit tart? Check out the recipe to make it yourself!
